Robert Disney is a seasoned leader in AI, cybersecurity, and operational strategy, with a career rooted in elite service and cutting-edge innovation. A retired Chief Master Sergeant with 21 years in USAF Pararescue, Robert led high-risk missions around the globe, where he learned to identify and leverage force multipliers—a mindset that now fuels his passion for Artificial Intelligence as a universal lever for human productivity.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Homeland Security with a Terrorism Studies concentration and Master’s degrees in both Cybersecurity and AI Engineering. Robert served in both of these domains at Microsoft Federal, supporting the Department of Defense with secure, intelligent systems. He later became Global Director of Operational Technology at Archer Daniels Midland, where he led digital transformation across a Fortune 50 enterprise.

Now, as the founder of Dizco, Robert brings together decades of leadership, technical depth, and mission-driven focus to help organizations deploy AI securely and effectively.
